Our Roots
The Canadian Water Network Foundation (CWN Foundation) is a new Canadian registered charity that advances excellence, equity, and innovation in water management across Canada.
Our Process
The CWN Foundation works through partnership, collaboration, and capacity building. We engage with the water sector, Indigenous organizations and communities, universities and colleges, and partners across public, private, and social sectors.
Our Philosophy
As pressures on water systems grow — from climate change to infrastructure challenges — there is a need for focused, philanthropic investment to support leadership, innovation, education, and Indigenous-led solutions.

We are committed to reconciliation with Indigenous peoples. The CWN Foundation will support and/or co-develop water initiatives with Indigenous-led organizations, communities, and knowledge holders.
